Paint Parties

Cost per painter $50

Party Planner gets $10 OFF

Hostess will choose 3 shapes as the party choices and painters will select one of these options when registering (we recommend one year round shape and two seasonal shapes to offer variety)

Each registered spot includes chosen wooden shape and all supplies needed, also includes finishing touches such as bow, wire hanger and hand outlining/lettering by Randi

Minimum number of painters is 6 *Parties MUST meet minimum*

Additional Information

Parties need to start promptly at 6:00 pm for Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, 2:00pm for Sundays (unless a different time has been pre-approved by us) – please make sure all painters arrive on time to start their projects. We will arrive about 20-30 minutes prior to start time to set up tables and supplies. Parties are typically 2 1/2-3 hours in length depending.

We supply all table coverings
We have a limited number of tables available
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide chairs.

Please note that our parties are NON-REFUNDABLE – if you are unable to attend for any reason, your piece will be left with the party planner and you can arrange pickup from them.

If we have to cancel for any reason, we will do our best to reschedule at a later date. If a later date is not possible, a full refund will be given to all guests.

FYI – Paint is MESSY – we are not responsible for any paint spills on carpet, upholstery, clothing, etc. If there are any mishaps while we are partying, we will gladly try our best to clean it up (we have plenty of practice getting paint out), but we cannot be held liable for any professional cleaning costs.
